Acceptable Use Policy for Sherpai

INTRODUCTION

At Sherpai, our mission is to provide a platform where clients can build chatbots that serve their customers at the highest level. To ensure a positive and productive environment, we have established certain standards of behavior. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes the acceptable behavior that all users (whether trial or paid users) of our services must adhere to.

By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you violate this Policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Below are some actions that we consider to be clearly outside the bounds of acceptable conduct:

  1. Attempting to bypass any measures of the Service designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service, or any portion of the Service.
  2. Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send messages or comments.
  3. Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Service or the networks or services connected to the Service.

ENFORCEMENT

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Policy. We may:

  1. Investigate violations and may remove, disable access to, or modify any content that violates this Policy.
  2. Report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Our reporting may include disclosing appropriate user information.

REPORTING VIOLATIONS
